Rik van Loo

Rik van Loo is the Lead Business Process Analyst at B&S, where they are currently involved in a Master Data Management/Product Information Management implementation project. With extensive experience in IT projects within the wholesale and retail sectors, they have transformed complex business challenges into opportunities. Rik previously served as a Business Process Analyst at B&S Group from 2009 to 2022 and worked as a Research Consultant at People Touch from 2005 to 2007. They hold a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of ICT in Business Administration and Computer Science from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
