Erica Bashore

Erica Bashore, PHR, SHRM-CP, LSSYB, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at BSA LifeStructures since December 2019, previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this role, Erica was the Human Resources Manager at The Cake Bake Shop from November 2018 to December 2019. Erica’s extensive experience in human resources includes a tenure at American Specialty Health from August 2006 to March 2016, where significant accomplishments included the successful opening of the Carmel, Indiana office and the growth of the workforce from zero to 200 employees in less than two years. Erica possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Baker College Business and Corporate Services, with previous roles encompassing various aspects of staffing and recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
