Tim Spence

Tim Spence AIA, FACHA, is a seasoned architect and executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare design sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors member, and National Healing Market Leader at BSA LifeStructures since January 2015, Tim has demonstrated a commitment to advancing healthcare architecture. Tim was previously a member of the Board of Directors at Rebuilding Together of the Triangle, where leadership in the Executive Committee was provided as Chairman from 2015 to 2016. Before that, Tim held the position of Principal and Healthcare Market Lead at BBH Design from October 2002 to December 2014, and honed architectural skills at NBBJ and HOK. Tim earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California, completing studies in 1994.
