Stewart Lynn

Stewart Lynn is a Partner at Serent Capital, a private equity firm with $3 billion in assets under management, specializing in high-growth, founder-owned software businesses since August 2013. In addition to this role, Stewart serves on the boards of several companies, including BS&A Software, Studio Designer, ManageAmerica, Millennium Systems International, First Due, WorkWave, Actionstep, Davisware, and KORE Software. Stewart's board involvement includes overseeing mergers and acquisitions, such as the merger of Real Green Systems with WorkWave and acquisitions by Actionstep. Stewart holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a JD from Stanford Law School.
