Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and dispute resolution. As a founding member of Peri & Stewart, LLC since November 2013, Michael represents domestic and international clients across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Previous roles include serving as Of Counsel at Caruso Smith Picini PC and as a Shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Michael is recognized for founding Peri & Stewart, LLC, formerly known as Foyen & Partners, which focused on supporting Scandinavian businesses in the United States. Additionally, Michael has held board positions with the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce - Philadelphia and the American Red Cross of Northern New Jersey. An alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Michael holds a J.D. degree and also possesses a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
