Chad Prosser

Chad Prosser serves as Chairman and COO at BSC Analytics, a company specializing in complex enterprise cloud initiatives with a perfect success record of over 300 projects since June 2014. In addition, Chad has held the position of President and Broker-in-Charge at Prosser Realty Company since June 1993. Chad previously chaired the Board of Directors at Zealandia Holding Company from January 2000 to April 2017 and directed the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism from February 2003 to January 2011, overseeing major tourism and recreation initiatives. Chad Prosser also served as County Council Chairman for Horry County Government from January 1995 to April 2003 and as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. International Trade Administration from 1991 to 1993. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in International Economics and European Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, a Bachelor's degree cum laude in International Studies from Rhodes College, and an Honors Diploma in German and European Studies from Universität Innsbruck.
