Amanda Smith

Ecologist and Permitting Assistant

Amanda Smith has a diverse background in environmental science and conservation, with experience spanning various roles in both public and private sectors. From May to August 2016, Amanda interned at the Richard Cronin Aquatic Research Center with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Subsequently, roles included a position as Environmental Inspector at KERAMIDA Inc. from November 2018 to July 2019, where Amanda conducted environmental inspections for the Merrimack Valley project. Amanda also served as a Stormwater Specialist for the Town of Lincoln and has been a Commissioner for Granby's Conservation Commission since July 2015. Currently, Amanda works as an Ecologist and Permitting Assistant at BSC Group and previously held the role of Assistant Conservation Administrator for the City of Framingham. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Ecological Design from The Conway School and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Gettysburg College.
