Derrick Dixon

Derrick Dixon is an experienced professional in sports management and event coordination, currently serving in game presentation for live events at Barclays Center with BSE Global since October 2023. In April 2023, Derrick began working as a brand ambassador for SPORTFIVE, where responsibilities include creating activation concepts for the New York Knicks and Rangers Playoffs Pep Rally and engaging with professional athletes for fan opportunities. Previously, as a Player Operations Coordinator for the 2023 US Open Championship, Derrick coordinated logistics for elite athlete matches and player areas. Additional experience includes compliance education at Long Island University, life insurance advisement with Primerica, and various roles in media production and sports broadcasting. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Long Island University Brooklyn.
