Michael Rotondo

Michael Rotondo has extensive experience in ticket operations and sports management, currently serving as Senior Director of Ticket Operations at BSE Global since October 2019, after holding several positions including Director and Manager of Premium Ticket Operations & Sales Enablement. Prior to this, Michael worked at AEG (Nassau Coliseum) as Box Office Manager and Assistant Box Office Manager from June 2017 to September 2019. Michael's career began at the Brooklyn Nets as a Ticket Operations Intern and included roles at Syracuse University as a Women's Basketball Analytics Team Member and Research Assistant. Additional internships included Promotions and Operations Intern at Syracuse Crunch and Fan Experience Team Member at Syracuse Chiefs. Michael also contributed as Assistant Coach for Fabius-Pompey Summer Varsity Baseball. Michael holds degrees from Syracuse University and Ithaca College.
