BSEA is a Strategy and Performance Management consulting and training firm that provides simple, practical performance improvement solutions that incorporate proven methodologies and software. Training and change management are an integral part of our solutions.

Our affiliation with Stacey Barr Pty Ltd (Australia), APMG (UK) and QPR Software Plc. (Finland) gives us access to the best available consulting, training and technology resources; and as well gives us access to a global network that enhances best practice, learnings and sharing, as well as opportunities to deliver services across the continent.

Since our founding in 2008, we have worked for companies, government departments and not-for profit organizations of different sizes across Africa.
