Joe Carlson has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as a Project Manager at BSI Constructors, Inc. and an Engineer at Massman Construction Co. Joe has worked on major infrastructure projects, including the IHNC Storm Surge Barrier in New Orleans. Joe holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
