Andrew Gardner

Andrew Gardner is a Senior Project Manager at BSI Engineering, where they focus on collaborative leadership and Lean Integrated Project Delivery. Gardner's extensive experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where they managed significant supply chain optimizations and led multi-million dollar savings initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, specializing in HVAC systems for naval vessels. Gardner holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a background in Pre-Engineering from Olympic College.
