Don Cardamone

Don Cardamone has extensive experience in engineering and management, with a career spanning over two decades in the fields of automation, controls, and instrumentation. At Cargill, Don served as AEI Team Leader, overseeing a cross-functional team and all operational aspects including staffing, budgeting, and training. Prior to that, Don worked at Chrysler in various roles such as Program Management Analyst and Controls Engineering Supervisor, where significant contributions were made in developing business processes and leading teams. Earlier experiences include positions at UOP as Software/Applications Engineer and Controls Engineer, with a focus on project management and system design. Currently, Don holds the position of Manager of Instrumentation, Controls & Automation at BSI Engineering, responsible for departmental performance and standard development. Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
