Ben Lambert is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Head of Sales for BSI Training Academy since May 2014. Lambert's career at BSI includes roles as Sales Manager and Sector Sales Manager, where responsibilities involved team realignment, performance management, and achieving consecutive year-on-year growth. Lambert's diverse experience encompasses managing sales processes, coaching teams, and fostering collaboration across departments. Prior to BSI, Lambert co-founded Showboat Clothing Limited, overseeing various operational aspects, and held a position as a Sales Consultant at Hackett London. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of Bath.
