Bobby B. is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management, project delivery, and operations within various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Service Management at BSI since May 2019, Bobby oversees the global Service Management and Service Desk function. Prior roles include Senior Delivery Manager at NFU Mutual, responsible for project management in the insurance sector, and Head of Delivery & Operations at Arriva Group, managing IT delivery and operational services. Bobby also contributed to global IT transformation strategies as Global Service Design & TOM Lead at Dentsu Aegis Network and managed operational services as Global Delivery & Service Operation General Manager at Maersk Line. Bobby holds a BEng hons in Computer Aided Engineering from the University of Staffordshire.
