David Bell

David Bell has been with BSI since May 2002, currently serving as Director of Standards Policy, where responsibilities include leading UK standards body policy and engaging with key stakeholders such as the UK government and industry. Previously, David held roles as Head of External Policy and Head of International Affairs, focusing on managing international relations and influencing policy in International and European Standards Bodies. Key memberships include positions on the Council of ISO, the Board of CENELEC, and the CEN Administrative Board, in addition to leading the UK delegation to ISO CASCO and CEN Certification Board.
