Eric Cheng

Eric Cheng is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Scheme Manager for Vascular Medical Devices at BSI since May 2019. Previously, Eric held significant roles at Medtronic as an R&D Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where notable accomplishments included leading New Product Development for the HVAD device and managing complex projects with substantial budgets. Eric’s experience encompasses quality consulting at Cardinal Health, independent consulting as President of Ninfa Consulting, and academic contributions as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Cincinnati. Earlier in Eric's career, responsibilities at Boston Scientific and Cordis Corporation covered project management and R&D for new medical devices. Eric holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Master's in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami.
