Heather Burrell

Heather Burrell is the Group Head of Sustainability Engagement at BSI, bringing 16 years of experience in ESG strategy development, communications, and organizational behavior. Previously, Heather held roles including Co-Innovation Communications Manager at Interface and Director of Brand and Social Purpose at Edelman, where they led high-impact campaigns for notable clients. Heather started their career in the media industry at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Story Editor and has continued to develop innovative solutions that highlight the intersection of business and social change. Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University and an MBA in Marketing and Sustainable Business from UCLA.
