Jane Packer

Jane Packer is an experienced professional with a strong background in standards management, project management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Leadership and Management Mentor at BSI since January 2014, Jane also holds the position of Head of Standards, overseeing management system standards and well-being. Jane's extensive experience includes roles as Internal Auditor for ISO 45001, Senior Standards Manager, and Interim Deputy Associate Director of Committees, focusing on diversity and inclusion within BSI committees and leading standards development in various sectors including healthcare and security. Prior to BSI, Jane held key positions at The Bar Standards Board, City University London, Royal College of General Practitioners, Southwark Primary Care Trust, Moss Pharmacy, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jane's academic qualifications include a BSc in Biomedical Materials Science and Engineering, along with multiple management and project management certifications.
