Kate then worked as a Health and Safety Consultant and REACH Program Manager at AgustaWestland, where they developed and delivered a compliance program and established cross-industry contacts. Kate also served as a Senior Consultant at Bureau Veritas, where they managed multiple contracts, conducted audits, and provided health and safety services for various clients. Kate later worked at Sah Sen Consulting as the Owner and Principal, providing practical and compliant health, safety, and fire risk solutions for businesses. Prior to their current role as Global Head of Health, Safety, and Well-being at BSI, Kate was the Head of Information and Intelligence at IOSH, leading teams responsible for transferring occupational health and safety knowledge through research and content creation.
