Libby Collins has over 20 years of work experience. Libby is currently the Head of Customer Relations at BSI since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at the British Standards Institution from 2002 to 2018, with roles including Subscriptions Manager and Membership Manager. Libby also has experience working at Vodafone, where they held various positions such as Team Manager, Team Leader, and Customer Service Advisor from 1996 to 2002.

Libby Collins attended Cheslyn Hay High School from 1984 to 1991. Libby then went on to study Applied Biological Sciences with a focus on Microbiology and Physiology at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1991 to 1995.
