Mark Griffiths (MSc CIWFM) is the Founder and Managing Director of WMA Consultancy Services Ltd, specializing in bespoke solutions for facilities management and workplace requirements since 2019. With over 20 years of operational experience in PFI/PPP schemes across Defence, Education, and Healthcare, Mark has demonstrated significant leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills. Currently serving as the Committee Chair of FMB/1 at BSI and as Chair of Judges for the IWFM Impact Awards from 2021 to 2025, Mark is recognized for promoting innovation and transformative change within the industry. Prior roles include Operations Director at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) and General Manager at Skanska UK. Mark holds an MSc in Facilities Management from Leeds Beckett University.
