Rose Pan is the China ICT head at BSI, leveraging nearly 20 years of diverse experience in big data governance, risk management, marketing, and audit, particularly in the IT and finance sectors. Rose co-founded a .com company focused on C2C online hotel booking and selling Chinese silk goods. Previously, as a product line director in a joint venture, Rose defined global product strategy and earned recognition as one of China’s Top 10 IT Ladies in 2004. As an expert, Rose has led significant initiatives, including the coaching of the first ISO20000 certificate in a major bank and the development of integrated management systems in China. Rose earned a Pg.D from The University of Hong Kong in 2016.
