Simon Axon

Simon Axon has extensive experience in the gas appliance sector, currently serving as Team Manager (Gas) at BSI since December 2018. Previously, Simon held the position of R&D Manager at Enertek International Ltd from April 2006 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing development and certification projects for various appliances. Prior to that, Simon worked as a Technical Manager at Burnertech Ltd, focusing on the design and certification of premix gas burner systems. Earlier career roles included Development Engineer at Enertek International Ltd and Commercial Catering Engineer at Paul Thomas, with initial experience as a Service Engineer at Neville Tucker Heating Ltd. Simon's education was completed at Hull College from 1986 to 1989.
