Simon Morgan

Simon Morgan is a seasoned consultant at Causeway Technologies since November 2024 and the founder of Buchanan Computing Ltd since January 1997, with expertise in software development, traffic signs, and business management. As Chair of B 509/3 at BSI since November 2019, Simon leads the UK committee for British and European traffic sign standards. Additionally, Simon chairs the Traffic Signs Panel for the Institute of Highway Engineers, overseeing various initiatives including conferences and publications. Simon's previous roles include non-executive director and associate director at Colin Buchanan, and engineering positions at the London Borough of Brent. Simon holds a Master of Arts degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Highways & Transport) from City St George’s, University of London.
