Thiago Beda, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll functions and HR management. Thiago served as a Human Resources Assistant at ZTE do Brasil and then as an HR Specialist and Payroll Manager at BSI, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for over 500 employees and managing compliance with HR policies. Thiago also held a position as HR, Payroll & Benefits Manager at Clinical Care Options and currently excels as the Regional Head of Payroll for the Americas at BSI. Thiago's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and an MBA in Strategic People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
