Maxime Cogels

Maxime Cogels has had a diverse and accomplished career. Maxime began their professional journey in 2000 as an Assistant to the Head of Communications for the Brussels Film Festival. Maxime then moved to Spot S.P.R.L. in 2001 as a Content Manager for Cinebel.be, and continued in this role at SA IPM (La Libre Belgique - La Dernière Heure) from 2003-2007. In 2007, they became the Head of Marketing & Communication for Durabilis. From 2008-2010, they were a Systematic Ebullition Engineer at Most Brussels. Maxime then began their role as Speakers Coordinator for the Fondation Forum For the Future in 2014. In 2016, they became Co-founder & CEO and Co-founder & COO of Bsit, where they were responsible for General Operations including Customer Experience, B to B operations, Wording, Translations, Admin, and HR.

Maxime Cogels began their educational career in 1995 when they attended Ichec Brussels Management School. Maxime then went on to Oxfordshire School of Art & Design, where they earned an HND in Media Production in 2000. In 2006, they completed an Executive Master at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, with a focus on General Management (CEPAC).
