Sanjay Tripathi

Sanjay Tripathi has extensive work experience in human resources, industrial relations, and administration. Sanjay is currently the Head of HR & IR at BSL Ltd since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President (P&A) and General Manager (P&A) at Deepak Spinners Ltd from May 2018. From 1999 to 2018, they served as the General Manager HR at Birla Textile Mills in Baddi. Additionally, they worked as a Labour Officer at Bhilwara Spinners Ltd from April 1998 to June 1999.

Sanjay Tripathi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Jaipur National University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) degree from Udaipur School of Social Work, Udaipur from 1997 to 1998.
