Jim Conroy

Jim Conroy currently serves as EVP and Chief Banking Officer at Ballston Spa National Bank, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jim Conroy was with Pursuit from September 1997 to November 2024, where Jim held various positions including President of Pursuit-CDC and Regional President for Pennsylvania and Upstate New York, specializing in financing programs aimed at job creation and economic development. Jim Conroy's earlier experience includes serving as an Economic Developer for the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to 1997, focusing on business retention and brownfield redevelopment. Jim Conroy is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served as a Corporal during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from Siena University.
