Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in DEA en Droit Public des Affaires, Regulation et Activites Economiques from the same university from 2005 to 2006. Before their Master's degree, they earned another Master's degree in Droit Public des Affaires, concurrence, activites communautaires et internationales from UPEC between 2004 and 2005. In 2003, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UPEC.

Before attending university, Amel Mellah obtained a Certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer from Oran Algeria Jobs in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Law degree from Oran Algeria Jobs in 2000.
