Jay Rolls

Jay Rolls currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at BSP, a consultancy focused on assisting Telecom Infrastructure Investors and Service Providers with M&A activities. With a robust career in telecommunications and engineering, Jay held the position of SVP & Chief Technology Officer at Charter Communications from 2011 to 2019 and served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Cox Communications from 2001 to 2011. Jay's earlier roles include Vice President of Business Development at Pacific Broadband Communications and Vice President of Network Engineering at Excite@Home, among others. Jay's extensive experience is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
