Chris Bott has extensive experience in operations and talent management, currently serving in an Operations role at B/SPOKE Studios since May 2025. Prior to this position, Chris worked at SoulCycle Inc. from August 2018 to April 2025 as a Senior Manager overseeing Talent Development and Talent Management across multiple markets, leading a team of over 60 employees.
