Sarah White is an accomplished fitness professional with extensive experience in yoga instruction and program development. As the Founder of The Coastal Yogi, LLC since October 2019, Sarah has also served as the Founding Yoga Instructor and Yoga Program Co-Head at B/SPOKE Studios, alongside roles with SurfYogaBeer, CorePower Yoga, and various other fitness establishments. With certifications as an RYT200 and in Yoga Sculpt, Sarah specializes in crafting challenging yoga sequences and facilitating teacher training programs. Previous experience includes customer onboarding and sales enablement at Acquia, and achievements in business development while working at Oracle. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of San Diego and has furthered education through the University of Virginia's Semester at Sea program.
