Shannon Wolf

Shannon Wolf began their work experience in 2006 as an Assistant/Hair Stylist at Entourage Hair Salon. Shannon then worked as a Hair Stylist at AF Hair Studio from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at Handyman Connection. From 2012 to 2017, Shannon worked as an Administrative Assistant at Buildout Pros, LLC, where they handled various responsibilities including licensing, fleet management, and office support tasks. In 2017, they joined HigherGround Managed Services as an Operations Assistant for a brief period. Later in 2017, they started working at BSSI2 LLC, first as a Service Coordinator and then as an Assistant Service Manager. In these roles, they led service tech meetings, managed the Service Board, answered support calls, and maintained communication with techs and clients.

Shannon Wolf obtained a Cosmetology License from Arlington Academy Cosmetology in July 2007. Prior to that, they received a Diploma from Buffalo Grove High School from 1995 to 1999. Shannon also has additional certifications, including the Business endpoint protection sales certification and the Business endpoint protection technical certification from Webroot, obtained in June 2021. In May 2020, they obtained the Bering McKinley Certified Dispatcher and Bering McKinley Certified Service Manager certifications. Furthermore, they have acquired the Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the workplace certification from Trüpp in March 2022 and March 2021.
