Afshin Ehsan, MD, MBA, FACS, is a highly experienced cardiac surgeon and academic leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Professor of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine and Co-Director of the Cardiovascular Institute at Baylor Scott & White Health, Ehsan previously held significant roles at Rhode Island Hospital, including Director of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery and Director of the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
