Alissa Schick, MSN, RN, NE-BC, CPXP, is currently the Regional Director of Service Excellence at Baylor Scott & White Health. With extensive experience in nursing leadership and education, Alissa previously served as a Nurse Educator Specialist at Oklahoma State University Medical Center and managed various nursing departments, including a Medical/Telemetry department at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas. Alissa has a Master's degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed a Nurse Executive Fellowship at the SMU Cox School of Business.
