Amy Hughes

Amy Hughes, MHA, MOL, SPHR, serves as the Practice Administrator and Patient Relations leader at Baylor Scott & White Health since October 2017. With extensive experience in non-profit management, Amy is the Executive Director for both the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity, focusing on community engagement, board development, and fundraising. As the owner of Doing What You Love since 2004, consulting encompasses performance management and strategic decision-making. Formerly in senior leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual and Ameriprise from 1998 to 2014, responsibilities included financial planning, project management, and organizational development. Amy holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global, as well as a double Bachelor's degree from Greenville College. Additional qualifications include Chartered Leadership Fellow and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from The American College of Financial Services.
