Andrea DeBerry is a seasoned healthcare executive and legal advisor with extensive experience in the health plan sector. They served as Associate General Counsel at Blue Shield of California from 2002 to 2017 and held the position of Senior Counsel at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals/Health Plan from 2017 to 2021. Previously, they were the Vice President of Administration and Regulatory Compliance at Sharp Health Plan, where they played a key role in obtaining a Medi-Cal managed care contract.
