Angie Gentry

Angie Gentry, DNP, RN, TCRN, currently serves as the Director of the Emergency Department at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position held since June 2019. Previously, Angie held roles such as Director of Trauma and Forensics and Trauma Program Manager within the Baylor Scott & White system. Angie has extensive experience in emergency services, having worked as a Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department, Emergency Manager for the CTX Division, and Trauma Outreach and Emergency Preparedness Supervisor, as well as serving as an Emergency Department Nurse. Academically, Angie Gentry earned a Doctorate in Nursing Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, a Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Central Texas College.
