Asmita Ismail is a registered nurse and clinic nurse manager with extensive experience in the healthcare field. They began their career as a medical receptionist at Health One Medical Center from 2007 to 2011, where they developed key skills in patient support and office management. After serving as a clinical coordinator at Northwestern Medicine from 2019 to 2021, overseeing a 23-bed department and mentoring staff, Asmita has been a nursing manager at Baylor Scott & White Health since 2021. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Nursing, both from Marquette University.
