Brian Wellman is a coach and facilitator who helps leaders, individuals, and teams enhance their relationships and performance. They currently serve as the Sr. Talent Management & Development Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health and have held various roles at Southwest Airlines, including Sr. Leadership & Employee Development Facilitator and Sr. Leadership Development Coach. Previously, they gained experience as a Program & Operations Manager at HP Enterprise Services and were recognized as the “2007 ExxonMobil CSJP Intern of the Year” during their internship at Community Partners of Dallas. Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Economics from the SMU Cox School of Business.
