Byron Serna

Byron Serna, FACHE, is currently the Regional Director of Laboratory Services at Baylor Scott & White Health, a position they have held since 2015. They previously served as the Director of Laboratory Services at Texas Health Resources from 2012 to 2015 and held roles as Laboratory Director at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital and Laboratory Manager at Baylor Health Care System. Earlier in their career, Byron worked as Chief Technologist at Scott & White Healthcare from 2003 to 2007. They earned an MBA in Management from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and a BS in Biology/Medical Technology from Baylor University.
