Candice Gourley

Candice Gourley has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Candice has held several senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry, including Regional Vice President of Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health and Administrative Director and Chief Administrative Officer at University of Utah Health. Candice has also worked at Intermountain Healthcare, where they served as a Regional Operations Manager, Director of Sedation and Pain, Director of Contracting, and Manager of Marketing and Contracts. Prior to their career in healthcare, Gourley worked as a Flight Attendant for Pan American World Airways and United Airlines. Throughout their career, Gourley has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, implementing organizational changes, improving processes, and driving profitability.

Candice Gourley holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Administration, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Colorado Denver. Candice also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology/Biology from the University of California, Davis.
