Cathy Poe

Cathy Poe has extensive experience in critical care nursing, beginning at University Medical Center El Paso from January 1990 to August 2001 as a Critical Care RN. In August 2001, Cathy transitioned to Baylor University Medical Center, where current responsibilities include serving as RN Supervisor in a 37 bed Critical Care Unit. In November 2018, Cathy advanced to the role of Director of Nursing- Critical Care at Baylor Scott & White Health. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Texas at El Paso, with a focus on Trauma, Neuro, and Critical Care.
