Chris Lancaster is currently the President of Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest, a position held since 2024. Previously, Chris served as Vice President at Covenant Health from 2017 to 2020 and directed clinic and financial operations at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2012 to 2017. Chris’s earlier experience includes an administrative internship at Covenant Health System in 2006. Chris holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
