Christina Cates is a seasoned community builder and people enthusiast with a strong background in fostering positive cultures. They served as a Community Manager at The LIFT Office from 2018 to 2020, where they created an engaging community among members. As an intern with Every Orphan's Hope in 2012, they developed after-school programs for orphaned children in Zambia. Christina has also held various roles within The Evangelical Alliance Mission, managing collaborative spaces and coordinating mobilization efforts. Currently, they work at Baylor Scott & White Health as a Patient Experience Leader and Community Outreach Manager, focusing on community engagement and volunteer coordination. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University.
