CraShanta Evans, EMBA, LSSBB, is an experienced operations manager and consultant who has worked in not-for-profit health care systems for over a decade. CraShanta holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Baylor University, specializing in Business Administration and Management with a focus on healthcare, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forensic Science and Technology. With a strong skill set in nonprofit organizations, event planning, strategic planning, public speaking, and leadership, CraShanta has held various roles including Operations Excellence Consultant III and Manager of Change Management & Experience at Baylor Scott & White Health. CraShanta is also a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.
