Danny Hayter

Danny Hayter serves as the Director of Logistics and Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health since May 2018, overseeing the distribution center that supplies medical necessities to 39 hospitals and 1,200 clinics. Previously, Danny held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, managing a high-volume sortation center with 600,000 square feet and 2,000 associates. Danny's extensive experience in distribution also includes a tenure at HEB, where roles ranged from Senior Director of Distribution to Facility Leader, handling large-scale operations with up to 1.5 million square feet of warehouse space and managing significant employee counts and complex logistics. Danny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has further education from Texas A&M University.
