David Bastawros

David Bastawros, DPM, CWSP, FFPM RCPS(Glasg) has extensive experience in podiatry, currently serving as Regional Medical Director of Limb Preservation & Wound Care at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital in Plano since August 2007. In addition to this role, David has been part of Baylor Scott & White Health's medical staff since September 1999, where responsibilities included Physician Informatics and Chair of the Wound Care Committee. As a practicing podiatric surgeon at David S Bastawros DPM PA since January 2000 and medical staff member at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Plano since September 2005, David holds multiple leadership roles, including Medical Director of Limb Preservation & Wound Care. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University. Prior educational experience includes attendance at Deerfield Academy.
