David Winter

David Winter is a seasoned leader in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Discovery Foundation since 2004. They hold multiple board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at BSW Quality Alliance and The Heart Hospital Baylor Denton, and Co-Chairman of the Clinic Strategy Advisory Group. David is also the Chairman and President of HealthTexas Provider Network and holds membership on the Board of Trustees for Baylor Scott & White Health. They earned a Master of Science in Medical Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and have completed advanced training in healthcare leadership.
